Requirements Manager (or Business Analyst with strong Requirements Management experience) eDV Clearance required Hybrid working in Cheltenham Starting ASAP Initial 6 month contract + very likely extension iO Associates are working exclusively with a consultancy operating in the National Security sector who are looking to bring on a Requirements Manager, or a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering, prioritisation and management skills.
Working on a programme that has already kicked off, you will be joining a diverse team with even more to join in the coming months.
You'll be working in a cloud, infrastructure & on-prem architecture transformation programme so will need to have good experience of requirements gathering and management of technical requirements.
Role requirements include: Developing the product vision and ensuring it aligns with the solution Defining scope and business priorities Analyzing requirements to ensure they meet business objectives Identifying and prioritizing requirements with stakeholders Selecting techniques for eliciting detailed requirements Driving the requirements elicitation process Investigating and applying changes to the program scope Assessing, analyzing, developing, documenting, and implementing changes For this role, you will need to hold the highest levels of clearance and be actively working, or recently finished in the National Security industry.
