**About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team at Outcomes First Group.
As an Education Specialist - Therapeutic Practice , you will play a vital role in supporting the development of therapeutic environments and implementing Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice within our partner schools.
About the Team You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, and Assistant Psychologists.
Together, we strive to provide exceptional support for pupils with complex needs.
Your Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and interventions for pupils within our partner schools Offer guidance and expertise to education teams to enhance therapeutic practices Provide supervision to colleagues as required Communicate effectively with families, carers, and specialist agencies Pursue ongoing professional development through training and networking opportunities Requirements A doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology (or equivalent) Registration with the HCPC A passion for improving outcomes for pupils with complex SEN needs Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, while maintaining independence and initiative What We Offer A competitive salary of up to £63,840 per annum (FTE, DOE), commensurate with experience A comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to first-class mental health support services An inclusive benefits platform offering a range of health, wellbeing, and insurance benefits, as well as cycle-to-work schemes and electric car purchase options About Us Outcomes First Group is the largest independent provider of special needs education.
