Educational Psychologist

Job Title: Educational Psychologist – Needs Assessments Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Educational Psychologist to provide needs assessments for schools and families across East Anglia, particularly in Suffolk.
This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering tailored support to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed psychological assessments to identify the educational and developmental needs of children and young people.
Collaborate with schools, families, and other professionals to create effective support strategies and interventions.
Deliver written reports to inform Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other support plans.
Provide expert advice to schools and families, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children with additional needs.
Work flexibly across schools and family settings in East Anglia.
Position Details: Location: East Anglia Work Pattern: Full-time Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available Requirements: Fully qualified Educational Psychologist with HCPC registration.
Experience in conducting needs assessments for children and young people.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and multi-agency teams.
