About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate ICT Teacher to join our team at Longdon Hall School in Lichfield.

As an ICT Teacher, you will play a crucial role in helping our students develop essential skills and knowledge.
You will be responsible for setting a vision and targets for pupil success, monitoring progress, giving regular feedback, and encouraging our young people to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their own work and study.
You will have Qualified Teacher Status and the ability to use ICT effectively and creatively for teaching.
A strong understanding of the curriculum and the ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively are also essential criteria for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lessons that promote learning and raise levels of attainment.
Provide intervention support as and where required.
Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and motivation.
