Role: Educational Support/Healthcare Workers Location:  Lichfield, WS14 Hours: Monday to Friday   We are currently seeking experienced educational support workers to join us at Connex Education to support pupils with complex medical needs.
This role offers a challenging but rewarding environment where you will play a vital part in ensuring the pupil has the support they need to thrive.
  Key Responsibilities: Help deliver personalised assistance to students with complex medical needs, ensuring engagement and progress in their learning.
Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit individual learning styles and needs.
Support students' social and emotional development alongside their academic progress.
Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
Personal care and general care duties are involved in this role.
