We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Staff to join a school in Pilning.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support classroom learning, provide individualized assistance to students, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lessons and managing the learning environment.
Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning and provide support tailored to their needs.
Help prepare classroom materials, resources, and displays.
Support students with special educational needs, including providing one-on-one attention as needed.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as lunch, recess, or field trips.
Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student's learning journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
