Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess: A strong understanding of autism and associated complex needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Proven experience working in a primary setting, preferably with individuals with autism or complex needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
