Education Support Professional

Role Overview We are seeking an Education Support Professional to join our team at Castle Garden School, part of Options Autism.
Job Summary This is a permanent, term-time only role.
The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to support the education and wellbeing of pupils aged 5-11 with autism, learning disabilities, and/or complex needs.
Responsibilities Prepare and deliver engaging learning materials to support pupil progression.
Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons, providing additional support to pupils as needed.
Supervise pupils during breaks and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements Degree or equivalent experience in education or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Possession of or willingness to obtain relevant safeguarding qualifications.
What We Offer We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
