EAL Associate Position Associate Type: Education and Learning Expert Contracted Days: As per Annual contract / supply of services across a financial year and as per contractor agreement Fee for the services will be a fixed fee of up to £500 p/d and 5 days work About the associate position EAL is committed to supporting the development of new high-quality teaching and learning materials that enable learners to progress and achieve a high level of skills and knowledge.
To do this, we are looking for a learning expert with experience in Building Services Engineering (BSE) and delivering T-Levels who can provide advice and guidance on uplifting and enhancing the present range of resources so they: engage the learner provide support for tricky topics can offer relevant activities that stretch learners, where appropriate enable learners to achieve their best possible result.
Your focus will be on bridging the gap between theory and practice, recommending innovative teaching methodologies and enhancing existing materials to ensure students are well-equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to thrive in today's dynamic BSE industries.

What skills are required for the associate role?
Qualification in Teaching Experience of teaching and learning the relevant subject and level (T-Level BSE) Ability to communicate effectively, providing constructive support and advice where needed Strong written communication skills and ability to write feedback to a high standard Ability to evaluate and make impartial, objective judgements Highly organised with excellent administrative skills, with well-developed Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook) About EAL EAL offers regulated vocational qualifications in the sectors of Building Services Engineering (BSE) and Engineering and Manufacturing at a range of recognised levels set within the requirements of the regulatory framework within the United Kingdom.
EAL has a long tradition of working closely with employers, further education, and subject matter experts to implement qualification frameworks that feature clear progression routes to employment and further study.
The next generation of T-levels are technical qualifications developed in collaboration with employers and education providers so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares learners for entry into skilled employment, an apprenticeship or related technical study through further or higher education.
Limitations The Education and Learning Expert must complete and submit a Conflict-of-Interest declaration form to outline any potential conflicts.
EAL will review and put in place measures to mitigate.
