EDM Operator & Setter Permanent Role Coventry, Ansty Park Day Shift + half day Friday (no weekends) Starting Salary: £40,770.25 Are you an enthusiastic, driven, and hard-working individual who wants to further your career as an Electrical Discharge Machining Operator & Setter?
You will become a Subject Matter Expert on this niche machinery in an internationally renowned, industry-leading Aerospace company.
The Company: A global multi-billion-pound company World-leading pioneer in the Aerospace industry FTSE 100 Company Great Benefits Friendly and Supportive Working environment Provides stability with work/life balance What You'll do: As an EDM Operator & Setter, you will: Operate EDM Aztec and Sarix machinery Drill to specification measurements on a variety of materials for set projects Operate on Aerospace braking system components to a specific measurement Review engineering drawings Complete variety of other responsibilities including conventional drilling, benching, and quality checking with inspection equipment What We're Looking For: Experience operating Electrical Discharge Machining equipment Previous experience with conventional drilling in a manufacturing environment is advantageous Can review and interpret engineering drawings Has worked within a tight tolerance when operating machinery What else do you need to know?
