Key Responsibilities: Project Cost Control: Implement and maintain robust project cost control procedures, with monthly reporting on project costs and profitability.
Budget Management: Oversee each project budget, consistently updating final cost estimates to ensure complete cost and value reconciliation.
Cash Flow Analysis: Conduct and report on cash flow analysis for each project.
Procurement: Prepare tenders for subcontractors and materials, securing all necessary resources in line with project timelines.
Order Processing: Manage sub-contract orders, invoices, and payments within our software management system.
Valuations & Accounts: Assess and agree upon subcontractor valuations, variations, and instructions.
Prepare payment certificates and final accounts for approval.

The Person Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK, with experience in both residential and commercial construction projects.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and other project management tools.
Work Eligibility: Only candidates with current UK work experience will be considered.
