The Role

Join our team as a Care Assistant and make a difference in the lives of individuals across the Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury and South Gloucestershire.
As a Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably.
Shifts are available from 07:00-16:00, 16:00-22:00.
We ask for flexibility with weekend work, but our schedules are designed to fit around you.
Note: You need the right to work in the UK, no sponsorships available.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with shopping, personal care, and medication management.
Provide support with daily living tasks, including household chores and appointments.
Offer companionship and build trusted relationships with clients.
Travel to clients within your designated area, ensuring prompt and reliable service.

The Person
Previous experience in care is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
Kind, empathetic, and patient, with a strong desire to help others.
Reliable and organised with excellent communication skills.
Available for a mixture of shifts, including every other weekend, if possible.
Able to travel within designated areas.
