Job Title: Ecommerce Stock Control SupervisorSalary: Competitive + Benefits + Bonus Job Type: Full TimeWe have an exciting opportunity to join the Stock Control team at the Multi-Channel Fulfilment Centre in Northampton.
We are seeking a Stock Control Supervisor for the AM shift (6am-2pm) to oversee tasks such as perpetual inventory control (PI), goods in deliveries, and customer returns.
Join us and be part of a dynamic team managing all stock-related operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage resources accordingly to meet the demands of the workload across designated areas of the operation.
Identify shortfalls that may require additional labour as well as identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost reductions.Ensure department systems & spreadsheets are updated accurately in accordance with process and always in a timely manner.PI count cycle is completed within the agreed timeline and where necessary discrepancies are  investigated and resolved appropriately within the agreed SLA.Returned orders to be processed within a timely manner of receipt including putting back to stock to optimise availability and any discrepancies reported and challenged through the appropriate channel, Customer Service, 3PL etcDirect deliveries into the MCFC to be processed in line with process including full checks against PO, accuracy of booking in and putaway in a timely manner to achieve highest levels of availability for new orders.
Identify opportunities for improvements across the MCFC operations with a specific focus on operational layout, stock related process, warehouse and customer return damages that results in cost reductions, improvements in colleague engagement and safety and customer satisfaction.Develop a highly motivated team of potential leaders by encouraging open communication and holding regular briefing sessions and chairing minuted operational meetings as required.Able to confidently communicate across all levels including key external relationshipsPC literate.Adaptable, organised, time critical decision maker, strong forward planning skills.Thrives as being part of a team but also capable of working proficiently as an individualBe able to prioritise jobs and adjust workload as needed.What are we looking for?You will be willing to work flexible hours and support implementation of change throughout the operation.
