The International eCommerce Trading team fuels global growth by managing and optimising online product sales across 72 international markets.
They drive exciting product launches, strategic promotions, and collaborate with leading third-party platforms to maximise sales and brand visibility worldwide.The roleAs the eCommerce Regional Manager - Third Parties, you will play a pivotal role in driving international sales and ensuring the success of our international trading on third party websites.
You will be responsible for managing and optimising eCommerce activities on Zalando, , with a focus on increasing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand consistency across partners.
What else is involved?
You will be accountable for trading your partners (Zalando, Otto, La Redoute & About You) and will be an expert in product and in country key trends, translating this into the customer journey online to drive sales.
You will manage great working relationships between eCommerce and the Product teams, keeping the product teams updated with key partner developments.
You will analyse key reports and trade your division across sales, marketing, and product pages.
Looking at key performance metrics, user behaviour, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvements in the sales funnel.
You will provide weekly sales performance and in-week insights to maximise sales potential.
You will help to outline a sales budget for the year, taking into account key trading periods & holidays which you'll reassess on a monthly basis to keep accurate You will take all the data available to you and ensure the Next Group product on third party websites is optimised in the best way for the customer in that region.
You will stay informed about developments on Next websites in order to compare how that might work on third party websites so that you can suggest improvements that are currently working for Next & will help drive sales on third party sites.
You will be the key contact and relationship owner for all third parties and will be able to build a bond and trust meaning you can have open and honest communication as well as being able to negotiate on Next's behalf.
You will be a key contact for brands within the group that are trading on third party websites.
You will champion Next Group product on the third party site ensuring it's in the most visible parts of the website to drive sales and profit.
You will convey the appropriate brand image on each partner site ensuring not only is suitable for Next Group, but appropriate for the selling country / region.
You will ensure that the most profitable items are for sale at all times & are marketed accordingly, as well as monitoring for unprofitable lines and ensuring there is nothing we can do to make the item profitable You will collaborate with key teams across the group, ensuring all stakeholders are on the same page and have the same goals - setting the commercial priority where needed: Marketing, customer services, brand partners etc.
Preferably you will have worked with one or more of the third parties we're currently working with and have a deep understanding of how these retailers work and how to get the best out of them You'll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office.
