As an established scale-up with ambitious growth goals, this B2B2C eCommerce leader is helping consumers find brands and products, transforming how consumers shop online.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership and a collaborative product team, driving innovation and bringing data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and product performance.
What You'll Do: - Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to improve our platform's user experience and functionality.
- Analyze product data to uncover insights that shape our strategy and fuel growth.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to post-launch analysis.
- Conduct research, monitor competitors, and gather user feedback to inform the roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, and Customer Support teams to implement new features and drive engagement.
What We're Looking For: - 3+ years in Product Management, ideally within a growth eCommerce or scale-up environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
