Ecommerce Merchandiser And Cro Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Ecommerce Merchandising and CRO Assistant to join a highly renowned brand based in London (W8).
The Ecommerce Merchandising and CRO Assistant is responsible for maximising online sales and conversions on the company website.
This role involves analysing customer conversion funnels, managing website merchandising, and optimising the customer journey across all digital channels.
Key responsibilities for this role include: Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager in executing the marketing and trading calendar.
Oversee web merchandising, product visibility, and stock management.
Analyse web analytics to identify and eliminate conversion bottlenecks.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Maintain communication with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with third-party agencies and conduct competitive research.
The perfect candidate will have proven experience in ecommerce, preferably in the beauty industry, as well as a familiarity with Shopify, web tools, and CRO techniques.
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with a commercial mindset who has strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
