You will lead the eCommerce team, managing the smooth operation of the web platform while overseeing the brand's marketing and promotional strategies.
About the role Oversee ongoing website updates and manage larger eCommerce and marketing projects.
Analyse website performance, compile weekly and monthly reports, and present actionable insights to senior management to guide strategy development.
Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spend tracking.
Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including social media, PPC, SEO, and other digital campaigns.
Manage email marketing campaigns, from design and segmentation to deployment and analysis.
Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility, maximise sales, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Maintain and manage the website's payment systems to ensure smooth and secure transactions for customers.
About you Significant experience in eCommerce and marketing, with a history of improving conversion rate, user experience, and revenue growth.
A keen eye for metrics and reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that enhance performance.
Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (ideally Shopify), and marketing platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence upwards.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed.
