eCommerce Manager | Shower Manufacturer | £50,000 w £6,000 Car Allowance | Nuneaton | Full time, Hybrid - 3 days in the office Gleeson Recruitment are partnering with a market leading Water Heating and Shower manufacturer based in Warwickshire to recruit an eCommerce Manager.

Reporting into the Marketing Director the core responsibilities of the role are: E-commerce - own the trading plan and sale/ profit performance of the online store.
CRO/ UX Ongoing review of online user experience and analytics data to put forward and execute improvements as part of a wider CRO strategy.
(Hot Jar, VWO, AB Tasty) Content Assist with the creation and execution of online content to improve the website user experience, including blog content, FAQs and product category landing pages.
Marketplaces Continuously make improvements to eBay and Amazon product listings, to drive salesusing tools such as Helium 10 as well as marketplace advertising tools.
Website Maintain website data using the Content Management System (Adobe Magento) Analytics Use digital analytics tools such as GA4, Hot Jar to measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns; including sales, promotions, emails, visitor traffic.
Agency Management Work closely with Digital agencies to maintain and evolve the website, and plan and execute performance marketing plans, working to deadlines and budgets.
Budget Management Manage a Digital Marketing budget and input into a wider marketing team budget.
Customer Experience Work closely with wider Customer Experience team to create and share ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.What we're looking for: At least 5 years' experience in a similar eCommerce/ Digital Marketing role.
Working knowledge of Magento.
Marketplace experience (Desirable) (eBay, Amazon) Knowledge and experience of implementing digital performance marketing concepts such as PPC,SEO, Affiliate.
Team management experience.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Experienced in developing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
Working knowledge of Digital Analytics tools, such as GA4, Hot Jar, SEM Rush.
Collaborative and proactive, naturally cross-functional.The working week will be 35¼ hours based on 9.00 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.00 pm on Fridays.
