E-Commerce Manager for a well-established Beauty Brand (Shopify focus) Location: London
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 About the Role: Reporting to the Marketing Director, the E-Commerce Manager will take charge of the day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms for a well-established beauty brand.
This role demands a data-driven mindset to refine strategies, elevate the customer experience, and drive growth in key performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and order value.

Key Responsibilities: Performance Management: Monitor and optimise e-commerce metrics, including revenue, AOV, and conversion rates.

Campaign Execution: Plan and implement e-commerce calendars, ensuring seamless product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns aligned with business goals.

Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and customer behaviour, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Reporting: Prepare and present weekly performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure products and site content are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and external partners to identify and implement optimisation opportunities.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends in e-commerce, CRO, and trading practices to enhance platform performance.

Content Management: Oversee website visuals, banners, imagery, and copy to maintain a cohesive and on-brand narrative.

Creative Development: Collaborate with internal and external designers to produce compelling digital assets.

CRM & Email Marketing: Manage planning, execution, and performance analysis of email marketing campaigns.

SEO & Development: Partner with external teams to optimise website performance and search engine visibility.

Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' experience in e-commerce or digital retail management , with a strong customer-centric approach.
Experience in the retail or beauty sector is highly desirable.
Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent platforms.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
Proven success in enhancing customer journeys and delivering impactful digital campaigns.
Detail-oriented, creative, and well-versed in retail and marketing strategies.
Exceptional analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and able to balance independent work with team collaboration.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
