Ecommerce And Digital Marketing Manager [Highsalary]

Job Description This role will report into the Head of PR and Digital Communications and be responsible for managing the digital marketing strategy and execution, across www.neweracap.eu, aligned to the strategic brand plan for EMEA.
Responsibilities - Create engaging end-to-end online brand campaigns to drive commerciality across seasonal brand priorities and key product launches.
- Work collaboratively with the digital teams to achieve an aligned web and email content strategy.
- Responsible for all aspects of the web marketing process, including ideation, briefing, calendar planning, approvals, targeting, growth, and deployment.
- Overseeing all aspects of the email marketing strategy.
- Closely monitoring and reporting on weekly and monthly performance and KPIs.
- Work with the regional translation teams to ensure copy is translated and content is relevant to the specific regions.
- Work with the DTC team to align on the buy and execution plans throughout each season.
- Own and maintain the ecommerce marketing calendar and drive execution with all relevant parties and relevant channels.
- Oversee copywriting process for email and homepage.
- Identify innovative digital engagement opportunities and partnerships that will add value to the business.
- Work closely the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure the digital paid agency is tracking to KPIs and is following the appropriate content and promotional plans.
- Analyse and gather insight on competitor activity and keep abreast of the latest Ecom-related marketing trends.
Knowledge and Experience To apply you must have/be: - At least 3+ years of digital marketing experience at management level.
- Proven track record of working at strategic level to develop and execute innovative digital marketing programs designed to drive performance against KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach; analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in managing audience segmentation, insights development, and performance metrics.
- Proven experience with Klaviyo is essential - Experience with FigJam or similar project management tool would be beneficial.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Essential experience using Adobe Photoshop, GA. - Ability to travel abroad for certain business-related meetings.
Qualifications and Achievements Degree qualified, preferably in a digital marketing-based subject.
Please note that this role is 4 days working in our Milton Keynes office, and 1 day working from home.
