ECM Syndicate Senior Analyst London The EMEA ECM Syndicate team has an open position for an analyst who is keen to learn about equity capital markets with a focus on deal execution and interacting with Markets / Investors.
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance technical skills, execution expertise, be involved in high profile transactions across regions / sectors and interface with the full suite of Private and Public side teams.
Responsibilities: Work with senior ECM and Investment Banking officers and professionals and participate in particular client transactions projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking teamResponsible for organizing and analyzing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plansPrepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live dealsConduct economic/financial researchEvaluate company's financial performance compared to overall industry and market trendsBuild complex financial models for valuation purposesQualifications: Prior relevant experienceConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlinesEducation: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
