A property and construction consultancy based in North London are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with a variety of building surveying projects, including both residential and commercial properties.
Support in the preparation and presentation of building surveys, reports, and schedules of condition.
Conduct site inspections and assist with defect analysis.
Contribute to the management of project timelines and client relationships.
Assist senior surveyors in preparing tender documentation and overseeing contractors on site.
Provide advice on building regulations, health and safety standards, and other compliance matters.
Key Requirements: An RICS accredited Building Surveying degree.
Ideally, some experience within a building surveying role, though we will also consider strong graduates.
A desire to learn and progress within the building surveying profession.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A full driving license is preferred but not essential.
Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary up to £40,000, depending on experience.
