Ec&I Engineering Discipline Lead

Our client, a prominent energy company with over 1000 employees, is seeking a Permanent EC&I Engineering Discipline Lead based in North West, England.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust process engineering community.
You will lead the development of efficient and practical EC&I engineering solutions tailored to meet the company's project commitments.
This leadership role involves overseeing the competent deployment of EC&I engineering resources, ensuring staff qualifications, and maintaining high standards in engineering practices across all projects.

Strong background in Engineering, especially within EC&I disciplines.
+10 years proven experience in leading engineering teams and developing capabilities.
Familiarity with EC&I engineering procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to mentor and develop engineering professionals at all levels.
Experience in resource allocation, management, and optimization strategies.
Excellent communication and consultancy skills, particularly related to engineering matters.
Experience in conducting design reviews and liaising with regulatory bodies.
Willingness to travel to other offices and client sites as required.
Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a security vetting process.
