West Suffolk College - Bury St Edmunds 2 posts available 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent Salary: £30,295 per annum - £33,944 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Additional £3,000 Joining Bonus!

What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging and high-quality learning programmes for apprentices and learners.
Work closely with employers and learners to create tailored training plans.
Embed essential skills like English, maths, and digital literacy into every session.
Prepare learners for success in their End Point Assessments with expert coaching.
Track progress and provide ongoing mentorship to ensure learners thrive.
Build strong relationships with employers to provide top-notch customer service.

The successful candidate must have NVQ Level 3 plumbing and heating qualification (or equivalent) or a Certified in Core Domestic Natural Gas Safety and Appliances (CCN1).
Previous experience of coaching and mentoring people would be an advantage.
