The job itself
55-year-old Lithuanian male in Bridlington is seeking 2 support workers as a job share to support for 15 hours per week.
The role hours are flexible however would be 3 hours blocks per day.
Gentleman has interests and hobbies of: history.
Gentleman's support needs / medical diagnoses: Motor Neurone Disease.
The duties include: toileting, showering, dressing, meal preparation, tube feeding, hoisting, administering medication.
The candidate should be punctual, resourceful, and proactive and have a good sense of humour.
Effective communication is essential therefore the candidate must be thoughtful and considerate in their communication and actions.
Candidates should be sensitive to and able to positively manage and respond to the needs of the individual.
Candidates should be flexible to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs.
Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
