Head Office is 10 Minutes Drive from Gerrards Cross near Junction 16 on the M25 You will understand cut and fill, base lower surfaces, comparisons, surface analysis and manage all volume surfaces needed at pre-construction (BID STAGE).
Following is essential to be suitable: 3D Civil Software Experience / Auto-CAD Earthworks models / modelling Able to produce calculations and quantities for specific materials needed on site Coordinate programs and volumes Happy to be based in the Head office (No remote working) Can you take a soil report, analysis risk and produce earthworks plans & programs for large scale projects Strong communication skills and able to put across your point in a professional manner to key stakeholders Your career will have a clear history in this area working for consultants, earthworks sub-contractors or main contractors.
CV Requirements Degree Educated & Chartered status Solid employment history Clear experience of Civil Earthworks You will produce volume counts and designs with an eye for detail.
Role is an 8am to 6pm and 5 days a week in the HQ.
The strongest candidate will be paid a highly competitive package up to £85,000 Plus Car Allowance, Annual Pay Review & Bonus, Pension & Private Medical.
Make no doubt about it, this client expects a lot as its a work hard play hard employer but you can be earning circa £100,000 within a few years.
