This part-time position comes with a temporary to permanent contract, providing an ideal role for someone passionate about supporting young children in their early years of education.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the classroom teacher and creating a stimulating and supportive environment for children.
You will work with young learners to help them develop essential skills, both academically and socially, ensuring they receive the individual attention they need.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons for early years students.
Support individual students and small groups, ensuring each child is able to access the curriculum effectively.
Help to create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages the social and emotional development of young learners.
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and areas for development.
Work closely with the Early Years team to develop tailored learning plans.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive classroom setting.
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience working with early years students is desirable but not essential.
A strong understanding of early childhood development.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
