EYFS TA - Blackburn: Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join one of our excellent schools near Blackburn.
For this role, you will need previous experience with Early Years and a relevant qualification in Early Childhood.
The Role: Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning activities for children.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, both in and out of the classroom.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and activities.
Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
Position Details: Location: Blackburn Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant Hours: 8:45am-4pm, Mon-Fri, during term time only Type of Work: Temporary Full time/part time: Full time only Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing Experience, Training & Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in early childhood education would be highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
