Role Overview: The school are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join their enthusiastic team on a part time basis, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to the youngest pupils in school, ensuring they have a strong foundation for their future learning journey.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and positive social interactions.
Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school activities and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in an Early Years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
