We are recruiting for an Early Years teacher to work full time for a mainstream primary school in Gloucester.
This role will be a long term maternity cover post and you will have the responsibilities of the class teacher including planning and marking.
Our client is a 2 form-entry mainstream primary school with great team cohesion.
This job is to begin in January and will be for an ongoing basis.
Early Years and Reception experience is essential for this role.
The suitable candidate must also be committed for a long-term post.
The Early Years Teacher's role Plan and deliver lessons with engaging and creative methods and mark work for the class.
Create a positive learning environment.
Work alongside the teaching assistant.
Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils Required skills and experience for the Early Years Teacher role.
Experience in teaching across primary schools, children centres and nurseries including EYFS.
Must have the relevant teacher status: QTS primary.
Ability to manage a classroom with excellent communication skills.
Contact references from all employment in the last 24 months.
Previous Supply Teacher experience not required.
Working as an Early Years Teacher for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including: Teacher rate of up to £180 per day which equates to £35,100 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
The option of PAYE or Umbrella Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 12.07% of your day rate.

Location The school is based near Stroud and is easily commutable by car from Gloucester, Brockworth, Tuffley, Stroud, Painswick and Cirenecester.
