Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 3 to 5.
You will play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere that supports each child's unique needs and interests.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their development.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a strong sense of community.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective teaching strategies that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Qualifications and Skills: A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) with a focus on Early Years education.
Experience working in an early years setting is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
A passion for fostering children's development and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment.
