My client, a vibrant and supportive primary school, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Teaching Assistant to join their specialized Resource Base team.

What You'll Be Doing Supporting children with Communication and Interaction difficulties in the classroom and during targeted interventions.
Leading small group sessions and 1:1 interventions to promote learning and development.
Collaborating with the Resource Base Manager, teachers, and TAs to deliver tailored learning plans.
Encouraging positive behavior and promoting the school's Values for Life and Learning.
Contributing to planning, assessment, and feedback for individual student progress.
Providing care and support during lunch and break times.
About You Be able to do the job as described.
Have proven experience supporting children with SEND, especially ASD or Communication and Interaction needs.
Excel in communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Be patient, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate ICT confidence and the ability to implement intervention strategies effectively.
