Early Years the organisation for young children wish to recruit a team of ASPIRE Early Years Quality Mentors to work within the Early Years Team on a fixed term basis until 31 March 2029.
This will be a dispersed team and the roles must support settings across Northern Ireland working 37 hours per week.
Hybrid working is available.
This a readvertisement in order to secure the full quota of seven Early Years Quality Mentor roles under the ASPIRE project.
The remaining number of roles will be confirmed at the time of interview.
These seven roles will be responsible for the programmatic development, delivery, co-ordination and quality assurance of the pre-school ASPIRE project across Northern Ireland and the border region of Ireland.
To contribute to the delivery of existing services and developments within the Early Years portfolio, with a clear focus on leading improvements within the sector.
The ASPIRE Project is a shared education initiative, funded through PEACEPLUS, and aimed at providing direct and sustained contact between children from all backgrounds.
This multi-year, cross border partnership is led by Northern Ireland Education Authority alongside Early Years, the National Childhood Network, Léargas and Fermanagh Trust.
Early Years will be leading on the pre-school element, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work on an ambitious project seeking to make a real difference to our society by embedding shared education from the start.?
