About the school We are currently working with a school based in Sevenoaks who are looking for an Early Years Practitioner.

Purpose of the Post of an Early Years Practitioner: 1.To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 3 -5 years 2.To deputise for and support the Nursery Teacher 3.To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others 4.To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child's development 5.To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Nursery Teacher Essential requirements of an Early Years Practitioner: CACHE Level 3 Diploma for Working in the Early Years Sector (Early Years Educator) Excellent communication and decision-making skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently Good working knowledge of the Early Years Statutory guidance Awareness of trends and best practice in the Nursery environment Discretion and the ability to deal with confidential information appropriately Reliable, enthusiastic and flexible Term Time Teachers are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, therefore all applicants will be subject to a full face-to-face registration and an Enhanced DBS (Formerly known as CRB)
