The Role: As a Nursery Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
You will collaborate with a team of passionate educators to foster a stimulating learning environment that promotes each child's social, emotional, and educational development.
Key Responsibilities: * Support the planning and execution of educational activities that captivate and motivate young children.
* Observe and facilitate the learning and development of the children.
* Maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming classroom setting.
* Work collectively with team members to enhance the educational experience.
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development and achievements.
Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Childcare and Education.
* Prior experience in an early years educational setting.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Capable of working effectively both in a team and on an individual basis
