What Youll Be Doing: Inspiring Creativity Lead young children through engaging, hands-on art activities, encouraging them to explore their imaginations and express themselves Creating a Stimulating Environment Design and set up inviting spaces filled with materials that promote artistic play and exploration.
Supporting Individual Expression Adapt activities to each childs unique needs and developmental stage, helping them build confidence through art.
Connecting with Families Build strong relationships with parents, sharing each child's creative progress and accomplishments.
What Were Looking For: Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years or Art Education Graduate in Education or a Core Subject GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths Experience: Hands-on experience with young children in an educational or creative setting Skills & Qualities: A passion for early years art education Creativity, patience, and a positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humour!
