Role: Early Talent Administrator Location: St Albans Salary: £25000 - £28,000 My client is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants based in London and the Home Counties.

Main purpose of the role Positioned in the HR team, working alongside the Early Talent Coordinator, you will provide a friendly and approachable daily HR presence and assistance across Early Talent related administrative HR processes, ensuring excellent attention to detail and ownership of delivery.
Complete HR, Recruitment and Training administration relating to the Early Talent client group and support other members of the team where necessary Duties and Responsibilities Resourcing and onboarding Schedules and assists in the coordination of assessment days, apprentice recruitment and careers fair campaigns Schedules and administrates induction programmes for graduate cohorts and apprentices, liaising with managers and HR team Supports the recruitment lifecycle such as posting adverts, liaising with external organisations regarding advertisements, arranging interviews, liaising with the business and candidates/agencies regarding applications Professional study and memberships Work with the HR Administrator to ensure that all Early Talent employees have the appropriate professional subscriptions and memberships Ensures apprentices have completed the relevant enrolment forms prior to studies commencing and liaise with managers to ensure the training plan is in place Liaises with Kaplan and other training providers as required and ensure the DAS/Levy account is updated correctly Produces training agreements for employees Liaises with trainees and apprentices regarding exam bookings Tracks study schedules and exam results/progress Employee Lifecycle Works with the HR Administrator to ensure: Employment contracts are issued to prospective employees New starters and leavers are processes in a timely way Reference requests are responded to Sets up inductions and liaises with the relevant Managers and Departments Assists with the exit interviews process General HR Administration Acts as the first point of contact for queries from the Early Talent client group.
Provides information relating to HR policy or escalates to Early Talent Advisor as appropriate Supports in the completion of HR administration for the probation process Assists in the preparation for six monthly trainee performance reviews Assists in the preparation for six monthly trainee salary reviews Co-ordinates work experience and student placements Assists with managing Early Talent employee absence Assists with the monthly payroll process as and where required Maintains the existing electronic office records and employee records (personnel files and HRIS) to ensure updated information is readily available Assists Early Talent Advisor and HR Manager with Employee Relations casework as and when required Assists in ad hoc HR projects as and when required Skills, Knowledge and Experience Ideally educated to degree standard.
A CIPD level 3 qualification is desirable.
A minimum of 12 months administrative experience - ideally in an HR department Able to deal confidently and effectively with employees and partners Strong written and oral communication skills are essential Excellent attention to detail Hands on, flexible and proactive Strong IT skills – MS Suite, Outlook, PeopleHR Has an interest in making a difference to their community i.e.
