We're looking for an Early Careers Advisor to join our Transportation team based in Rushden, Northants.
In this role you'll engage with the emerging talent programmes and employees, through their lifecycle including apprentices, trainees, undergraduates and graduates.
This role will involve national travel (up to 7,000 miles per annum) to visit line managers and emerging talent employees across our Transportation business and a driving licence is an essential requirement.

Location : Rushden, Northants - remote working available, with travel to offices and sites Contract : Permanent Fulltime – flexible hours available if desired, just let us know Salary : £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + £5k annual car allowance + benefits Responsibilities As an Early Careers Advisor, you'll be creating a pipeline of emerging talent through work experience, schools engagement and working with other groups and organisations Your day to day will include: Partnering with the Kier recruitment team on attraction and recruitment Helping to support production of development plans Support line managers and buddies to enable them to support Emerging Talent employees in their business areas Engage with a range of organisations, attending events and support the attraction of a diverse range of emerging talent What are we looking for?
