The Role: We are looking for ECTs to join us in supporting our schools across Derbyshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to find out what type of school environment is right for you before committing to a long term placement.
We have part-time, full-time and permanent opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of students.
Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and other support staff.
Engage with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on student progress.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4 (this can include placements) Knowledge of SEND practices and inclusive education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students.
