About Our Client: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team within the President's Office. This is an exciting opportunity to support three members of the President's Senior Leadership Team at a time of transformation for the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Efficiently managing diaries, including organising meetings, committees, events, and travel arrangements.Handling internal and external communications promptly and professionally.Coordinating various committees, working groups, and meetings by preparing agendas, reports, and policy documents.Assisting with strategic projects led by the President's Office, including research and document drafting.Providing information to support decision making and strategic developments.Developing and maintaining comprehensive information systems and databases.Assisting in organising high-profile events and visits.Providing additional support to staff within the President's Office as required.Ensuring prompt and efficient handling of routine and critical matters during absences. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in handling confidential information.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Previous experience working in a higher education or similar environment.Knowledge of strategic project management.Familiarity with database management systems.Experience in event coordination and project administration. Technologies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with calendar management and email platforms.Knowledge of database systems.
