Our client, is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join their team on a Fixed Term Maternity Contract.
As the EA, you will have the unique privilege of supporting and assisting the MD.
The role is set to begin on January 1, 2025, and will continue for a period of 6 months until July 1, 2025.

Responsibilities: Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
Organising events and conferences.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Collating and filing expenses.
Ad Hoc tasks to support their manager, e.g., completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
Attending SLT and adhoc Meetings every Friday off site and as and when required.
Requirements: Previous experience as a PA/EA or in a similar administrative role.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong social media skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
A high level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed.
