EA/Office ManagerWe are working on a fantastic opportunity with an investment firm in an exciting stage of expansion!
With a focus on luxury real estate, the team are looking to build up their London base in the West End.This opportunity will be varied, as the dynamic of the firm changes with growth.
The primary focus of the role will be to support at C-suite level, and assist with building the foundations of office culture.THE ROLE: This executive assistant role will be varied, with elements of office management.
There will be scope to evolve the role, and take on additional projects.
Day to day will include:Core support to C-suite executivesComplex and high-volume travel managementBooking and management of charter and private flightsCompels diary managementOrganisation of meetings across time zonesOffice managementAssisting with growth of the officeThe successful EA should be self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, and be able to work flexibly and proactively.
Strong communications skills, and open and transparent working approaches are important, as is attention to detail.
A solution driven mindset will be key to success in the position.
