Temporary Executive Assistant 3 months + An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Executive Assistant to join a prestigious cultural institution, supporting its high-profile CEO, a renowned figure in the arts world.
This temporary role is expected to last for at least three months, with potential for extension.
It is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with high-profile individuals, and can operate confidently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The role requires significant C-suite experience, as you will oversee the effective management of the Director's office.
This includes line-managing the Diary Manager and Assistant to the Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing guidance and support as needed.
You will also manage a complex and diverse workload independently, taking initiative to improve processes and promote best practices across the team.
Acting as a key point of contact for donors, supporters, and other high-profile stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating the Director's external relationships and maintaining comprehensive contact lists.
In addition, you will take the lead in planning and managing the Director's events and engagements, both domestically and internationally, including inbound VIP visits and key organisational events.
This role also involves working closely with the Governance Manager to provide effective support on all Directorate responsibilities and occasionally deputising for the Head of the Director's Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant who combines professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organisational skills with a passion for supporting leadership at the highest level.
