EA, Investment Management, West End (hybrid)£60,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefits927424Well-established Investment firm based in the West End with a truly collaborative culture, is now looking to recruit a EA to support MDs and small Investment team within a fast-paced division.A fantastic firm who prides itself on its low turnover and core values, now looking for your expertise, collaborative approach and ability to add value from day 1!ResponsibilitiesExtensive calendar management, managing diaries across a variety of time zonesOrganising multi-party meetings and conference calls globally, handling schedule conflictsPreparing agendas and materials for meetingsBuilding and maintaining relationships with senior internal/external stakeholdersExtensive global travel arrangementsPreparing detailed itinerariesProcessing expensesRequirementsPrevious extensive PA / EA experience gained within an Asset or Fund Management firm is preferred but will also consider candidates from Private Equity and Investment BankingEffective time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalOrganised and proactive with a 'can do' attitudeFlexible and adaptable – able to use initiativeStrong attention to detailTeam player!Flexible and adaptable working approach
