Overview We are recruiting for a Framework Manager to join our Project Delivery team.
You will be partnering with the Environment Agency on projects such as river restorations, embankment construction, habitat creation, and eel screen installations.
Up to £67k doe Company Car or Car Allowance Hybrid working What you'll be doing Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers client projects to the client's satisfaction and standards.
You will drive area business development, team culture, and project performance.
Own framework development activities by critically evaluating contract performance to ensure profitability and maximise growth potential Take ownership of the client development plan to maximise business development opportunities Oversee and ensure project performance, and produce accurate and timely reports as required Attend client framework meetings and specific forums to maximise presence and exposure Work alongside the Regional Director to identify and deliver the team's strategic objectives Have active involvement in the BRMR, working closely with the Commercial team Accountable for ensuring RAMS and CPPs are in place and adhered to Work alongside the Safety, Health, Wellbeing, Environment, and Quality (SHWEQ) team to ensure best practice throughout the whole team using an approach of effective communication Who we're looking for HNC/HND, Foundation Degree, BA, BSc Previous experience working on EA projects Proven outstanding client management skills Demonstrable ability to drive team business development activities Extensive experience in overseeing a team who deliver civil engineering projects Demonstrable ability to liaise confidently at a senior level with internal and external stakeholders Discernible skills in resourcing, engaging, influencing, and developing both site and management teams Organised, focused and self-determined with outstanding time management and prioritisation skills What we're offering In return for your dedication, you'll receive Up to £67k plus a Company Car or Car Allowance Opportunities to work from home, site, and co-working office spaces Countless training and advancement opportunities Access to opt in and out of numerous schemes using Stonbury Salary Extras Performance-related rewards Opportunities to mould our future through feedback forums and surveys 24 days' paid holiday plus Bank Holidays Private Medical Insurance Income protection Life assurance 6% employer pension contribution For more information, please contact TPBN1_UKTJ
