SENIOR ECRM SPECIALIST SALARY UP TO £45,000 NORWICH - 2 DAYS A MONTH The Company This is a D2C Health-tech company THE ROLE As an Senior E-CRM Specialist, you can expect to be involved in the following: - Develop and implement a comprehensive eCRM strategy aligned with the business objectives and focused on developing the membership lifecycle - Create and maintain a detailed communications marketing calendar, broken down into promotional, campaign and retention initiatives - Design and execute segmented email campaigns - Deliver the creation of engaging and persuasive content - Analyse campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversation rates to identify trends and optimisations - Conduct a continuous programme of A/B testing to optimise channel, content, design, and delivery times for maximum impact - Generate insights to maintain dashboards to support the ongoing data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and strategies Your Skills And Experience - Previous experience marketing in a B2C or subscription-based environment - Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies - Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot) and CRM systems - Strong understanding of customer behaviour and engagement How To Apply To express your interest, send your CV to Valentine by clicking the apply button below
