A leading construction company is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to maintain their Finance Systems team.
This role offers comprehensive oversight of finance systems operations and development, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure system stability and data integrity.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Finance Systems teamEnsure timely resolution of system requests and issuesMaintain finance systems stability and data integrityProvide technical leadership and support to the teamOversee data migration and system onboarding processesConduct complex data analysis and miningManage relationships with external consultants and vendorsEvaluate and source new systems and data solutionsOversee creation of new companies and ledgers within systemsBuild strong relationships with finance teams and accountantsManage team workload and developmentControl change management for finance systemsPartner with IT on system implementationsGate-keep system changes including chart of accounts and approval matricesRequired Skills & ExperienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel and VBA expertiseStrong SQL knowledge and experienceProven stakeholder management abilitiesMicrosoft Business Central experienceUnderstanding of accounting practices/qualified accountantExcellence in written and verbal communicationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlinesIf you are interested in this role please apply or email ******
