An opportunity has arisen for a talented Dynamics 365 (D365) engineer to join our product engineering team based from one of our regional offices.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing You'll join a team heading up by James Burgess, an award-winning product leader with a wealth of experience in leading complex business transformation programmes and product development.
The successful candidate will develop and customise D365 solutions for Irwin Mitchell.
You would be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing D365 applications and integrations.
You will work within a product team to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
You will be responsible for writing code, configuring & developing custom workflows, integrating D365 with other systems and release management.
You will ensure the quality and performance of the solutions you develop, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance.
About You We're looking for an experienced D365 engineer who has a passion for developing case management solutions for large organisations.
Our ideal candidate will have the following: Microsoft Certified: D365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate – MB230 & Power Platform Fundamentals – PL900 Excellent communication and presentation skills, also able to engage, steer and articulate/break down technical terminology for a non-technical audience Demonstrable experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using difference technologies like Power Automate, Azure functions, Plugins, Dynamics SDK and REST API Demonstrable experience of application support for Dynamics 365, other Microsoft Business tools and bespoke applications, managing, documenting, and escalating incidents as required to the correct resolver group Demonstrable experience in model driven app development, configuring entities, adding fields and creating/modifying forms, workflows, and business rules within D365 customer service, sales and marketing If this sounds like you and you want to join a thriving team hit the apply button below for consideration!
