As a Microsoft 365 expert, your role will involve assisting us in setting up and expanding our marketing capabilities.
The primary responsibility of the functional consultant will be to provide technical support during the migration to Microsoft 365.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in transitioning to automated, always-on, and highly personalized marketing on our new platform.
This role will require collaboration with key stakeholders and teams across Marketing Automation, Data, Development, Architecture, Solution Design, and IT functions.
Key Responsibilities: Enhance operational efficiency and troubleshoot technical and data-related challenges on Microsoft 365.
Mentor and support team members during the transition to the new platform, while documenting processes and best practices.
Contribute to the development of multi-channel, automated, and personalized marketing journeys and triggers.
Work closely with the CRM Solutions Lead to integrate with other Microsoft 365 suites.
Collaborate with both IT and Marketing teams to propose improvements to overall CRM channels.
Participate in the data integration project scheduled for 2024.
Actively engage in shaping our long and short-term marketing strategy by providing recommendations and solutions.
About You: Proficiency in using Dynamics CE Ideally, prior experience with other Microsoft 365 packages and system integration/migrations.
Strong background in CRM and marketing cloud solutions, with a preference for financial services experience.
Data-driven with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on, an effective communicator, and a team player.
