DUTY SOLICITOR 2+ PQE, LONDON, £ COMPETITIVE SALARY (DOE).
Exciting opportunity to join the brand new Criminal Law department of this growing firm, advising clients on a range of criminal matters across the London area.
Job ref: 215297636The appointed Duty Solicitor will be dealing with a range of criminal matters at all stages of proceedings, and must demonstrate experience with the following:• The firm welcomes applications from candidates who are Duty accredited and have at least 2 years' PQE.• You will oversee your own caseload of criminal cases from start to completion, maintaining direct client communication and demonstrating strong verbal and written skills, while delivering outstanding, empathetic client care.• The role requires attending police stations and Magistrates' Courts outside regular office hours to advise and represent clients, as well as preparing briefs for Counsel when necessary.
